I have been considering adding this page for ages and it is only now that I am getting around to it.  As an author I often come across other authors that are relatively unknown yet they really have something to offer despite that. On this page I Intend to add a few that you may have heard of but most likely have not but who are well worth a read.  There will be a short biography, my comments and links to their work.

Mary Martinez

The First of which is Mary Martinez.  As you all know i have made many forays into the world of Romance through my many years doing this but usually they have been romances with a bit of a difference. Mary writes far more mainstream romance than I but dabbles with suspense and mystery.

Mary lives in Magna, a little town west of Salt Lake City, Utah. Together with her husband, she has six grown children, and five wonderful grandsons and two beautiful granddaughters. Mary’s youngest daughter got married June 1, 2013, so a new son-in-law joins the family. And that isn't all the additions. Her son is now engaged to a nice woman who has two daughters to add to the flock. And they’re twins. Mary, of course, has still to conquer how to tell them apart.

Mary and her husband love to travel, especially to the Caribbean for relaxing and Italy for the wine. With the experience from the exotic places she has visited, she is able to fill her books with colorful descriptions of cities, painting a colorful backdrop for her characters.

They are avid concert ‘Ho’s’! Yes, they pretty much want to do them all. They love outdoor amphitheaters the best and attend as many during the warmer months as possible.

Mary and her husband are also enthusiastic college football fans. They have season tickets to the UTES, University of Utah Football and they tailgate every game. They love tailgating so much, that they were married at a tailgating in 1999.
GO UTES!

H.K.Sterling.

I would like to introduce you to H.K.Sterling a great new writer of passion and intrigue. I have been known on occasion to introduce rather racy chapters in my books , well i am sure i do not need to tell you that. H.K. follows that style and does it with panache

Giselle Roeder

Is my next introduction as someone that you should read. Her heartbreaking tale of her life is told with great clarity

We Don’t Talk About That.
Published by Friesen Press. Paperback ISBN: 978-1-4602-3208-8

Gila was only 5 years old when soldiers came to her home and conscripted the family horse to help Hitler with the war effort. It was the first encounter she was to have with the effects of World War II but not the last. In fact the effects of this tragic war was to affect her life forever.

Life in a small pastoral village was tranquil for this family but when the Russians overran the German army Gila’s childhood, all eleven years of it, was over. In her memoir Gila recounts the experiences of her family in the immediate aftermath of the Russian invasion, the internment of her father in Siberia, the savagery and damage inflicted by the occupying Russians, the long trek to the Baltic coast. She tells of the Harsh conditions, the lack of food and the establishment of the communist state in East Germany that grew more and more oppressive and invasive until she found herself forced to flee and seek sanctuary in the west.

A dramatic escape from Occupied East Germany should have been the end of this terrifying story but life in the west was not what she had expected. Gila tells of a forced affair, a frightening stalker, a rapist and a newspaper advert looking for a new mother for a small girl in Canada.

She responds.

An amazing story of Survival from a great new writer.

And so onto another great new writer

Juneta Key

Is originally from Texas but now resides in the sunshine state, She has Interests in mythology, philosophy  and spirituality.  Juneta is still to release her first novel though she has three on the go. You can read Three of her short stories direct from her website.
I have decided to add a little bit about Moon Hollow; Magic Born one of her Novels in Progress.

I think that it sounds so cool; Atlantis has risen to become a new world power.  Economics, world health, and human ideas and belief systems are challenged, as on odd energy that some call magic, rises from the cracks in lei lines all over the world. There really are monsters in the dark. Crime has taken on a new face. Police forces and militia around the world scramble to accommodate world needs, but this is not that story. This is the story of one magical small town and its citizens, once hidden by magic, but now learning to adapt to a world in chaos, change and growing fear striving to find their place in it. Moon Hollow is located on Star Island off the Florida coastline, once hidden by magic, but now revealed.
